So yummy! Just peel the eggs and cut them near the egg yolk. Place all of the egg yolks in a food processor and add anything you want (mayo, dijon mustard, even a small bit of sugar). Fill each boiled egg and use olives or peppercorns for eyes and carrot triangles for the beak!! Do not over boil so that the egg yolk stays that pretty yellow!!
My friend Gemma makes wonderful little lunches for her daughter to take to school. I'm sure I saw a heart shaped egg in one of the pictures, wondered how that was possible for a moment and then moved on because it was obviously too much for my little brain to contemplate. By chance, I have found the answer to this baffling concept. (note to self: great idea for a muffin tin monday)
