To make my brownie bites with caramel center start by freezing 24 rolos. Make up your favorite brownie mix from the box, or if your up for it, make some from scratch. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each insert 2/3 of the way full with batter. Place a frozen rolo in the center of each brownie. Spread batter from around the rolo over the top to cover it completely. Bake at 350 for 10-15minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Enjoy!!
Caramel Brownie Bites~T~ Love these little treats. Pie crust with chopped pecans, caramel and brownie baked inside, then topped with chocolate ganache and drizzled with caramel. I might try these with the cream cheese dough from tassies. Yum.

Marshmallow popcorn! my favorite! 3 bags popcorn (pop and take out extra kernels) 2 sticks of butter 16 oz bag of marshmallows 1 cup brown sugar Microwave butter, marshmallows, and brown sugar for 2 1/2 min. Take out and stir. Microwave again for 1 min. Repeat until thin sauce. When done pour over popcorn and mix. YUM!
