(Summer) Peach Smoothie 2 cups fresh orange juice 1 cup peach greek yogurt 2 cups frozen sliced peaches 2 tablespoons raw honey or 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Paleo Peach Coconut Smoothie, Ingredients: 1 cup full fat coconut milk, chilled 1 cup ice 2 large fresh peaches, peeled and cut into chunks fresh lemon zest, to taste. Instructions: Add coconut milk, ice and peaches to Vitamix or blender. Using a microplane, add a few gratings of fresh lemon zest. Blend on high speed until smooth.
