When it gets steamy remove from heat and add in the vanilla. Use a strainer to transfer the cream into a jar or pitcher... do not skip this step. Lasts 10 days.

Homemade french vanilla coffee creamer. No chemicals! 14oz sweetened condensed milk 14oz milk (whole, lowfat, or skim - doesn't matter) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract OR Vanilla Coffee Syrup for a stronger flavor a mason jar (quart is perfect) Pour all of the ingredients into your mason jar.  Screw the lid on tightly, and shake vigorously for a few minutes until well combined.

Homemade Coffee Creamers ~ Add equal parts sweetened condensed milk and half and half to a canning jar leaving about an inch of room at the top for flavorings and shaking space. Flavors: Maple Almond - 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp pure almond extract or Cinnamon Vanilla - 1 tsp cinnamon extract and 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract). Another pinner said..includes recipes for several flavors of homeade coffee creamer - I made the Peppermint Mocha creamer and Oh My GOSH! It was terribly easy (threw it together while I was already in the kitchen making dinner) and it tastes amazing! (Much better than the fake-dairy, chemical-laced ones you buy at the store) One batch made a lot. NEVER buying creamer again!
