The Pioneer Woman's Shrimp Penne a la Betsy "I used the recipe from her cookbook (which called for a full lb. of penne and a 14.5 oz can of tomato sauce) and it was delicious! Pasta with Chicken, Tomato, and Feta- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente, according to package directions. Drain; rinse well under cold water. Transfer to a large bowl; toss with oil, lemon juice, feta, tomatoes, chicken, and basil; season generously with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
