Oui Oui! Croque Monsieur (French ham and cheese sandwich) - I bought my first one in Paris and haven't found anything close since. Let's see if this stacks up...

Hawaiian Baked Ham and Swiss Sandwiches - Great. I checked the recipe on the King's Hawaiian website. Changed the sauce up a bit; added some about 1/4 cup of honey and a few table spoons of brown sugar. I also used less butter than it called for. Definitely great for a busy night! May use different cheese next time.
