      Packaging tape ghosts. The link doesn't bring up instructions, so here is an idea: Get a mannequin. A partial one (head and torso) would be best. Wrap the head, shoulders and abdomen in saran wrap. Spread wrap out for a flowy dress shape.Tape over with clear packaging tape. Cut a single line down the back, and slip mannequin out.

Wrap the legs together (spread out for a flowy dress shape.Tape over with clear packaging tape. Cut a single line down the side, and have subject slip out. Re-tape the side. Not sure how to do a head though...maybe use a skull from my halloween collection?

    DIY ghosts: Model heads and cheese cloth can be purchased at most major craft stores. Simply stretch the cheese cloth over the heads, using glue to hold them down.
