Crock Pot Ham. Would be great for the holidays! Cover the bottom of the crock with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Slow Cooker Ham with Maple Brown Sugar Glaze Ingredients: pound unsliced, bone-in ham 1 cup of water For the Glaze: cup of dark brown sugar cup of pure maple syrup 2 tablespoons of brown mustard 2 tablespoons of cornstarch freshly ground pepper to taste
APPLE CINNAMON SLOW COOKER PORKLOIN Ingredients: 3 pounds porkloin 1 apple, sliced 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons cinnamon 1 onion, sliced. Mashed potatoes. Instructions: Slice slits into porkloin horizontally about ¾ through meat. Fill each slit with an apple slice and drizzle honey over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Transfer porkloin to slow cooker. Layer onions over top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Crockpot....beef tips over rice or noodles. Really good. I would double the recipe (as shown in pic) unless you're only cooking for two. And I'm not sure I'd use both packets of onion soup mix. I used one, and it was seasoned just right. Any more would have been far too salty, IMO. Better on rice than pasta.
Crockpot Ham, Green Beans and Potatoes Ingredients: 2 lbs of fresh green beans 2 lbs of ham/bacon 4 baking potatoes 1 small onion Directions: Dice the ham, onion and potatoes. Put everything in the crockpot along with 3 cups of water and season to taste with pepper. Put on low for about six hours.
