Crockpot Thai Peanut Pork. This was easy and really yummy. If you like peanut sauce, you should try this. I did a 2 lb pork tenderloin and it made a good amount with leftovers. We did ours over rice, but would also be good in a wrap or burrito.
Serve quick-cooking pork tenderloin in a zesty Dijon mustard sauce over egg noodles for dinner tonight. The noodles soak up the extra sauce so you don't lose any flavor. Pair with steamed asparagus or broccoli.
Crockpot Pad Thai :: this was pretty dang good! Recipe was maybe a little heavy on peanutbutter and soy sauce. I mixed in the noodles instead of serving separately and once they were added it balanced out the flavor. Next time I will use pad Thai or odon noodles and not rice noodles like the recipe calls for. Other than that this was an overall flavorful dish! -Sammie
