Keaira Lashae Soca workout - since injuring my ankle at the gym I haven't indulged in any Zumba, and really feel that it is something that should be done as a group - but I love her energy! Gonna try this tonight, will let you know how it went x
I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.
Booty Shaking Waist Workout - Tiffany Rothe. This was fun y'all. I felt kind silly, but my obliques were SCREAMING the next day. If this isn't your cup of tea try her other workouts. All short and easy to do, but work work!!
