Cold frame for starting early or extending plants in the fall for longer production. Start lettuce & cool weather plants made out of old window frames & recycled wood in early spring. Easy to do, set the frame on top of the soil & open/prop the window to let out the hot hair as the days get warmer. Lift off the window frames & store them for fall/next season or simply transplant & have your own cold frame bed area established if you have the space, to save time & energy. Don't forget to water!
