    Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Pancakes. These were pretty good! Not dry at all like other protien pancake recipes I have tried. I will be making these again! I had a bit of my Grandma's homemade peach jam on them! Yum!

    Ooooh sounds good! Super healthy protein pancakes with only four ingredients! Rolled oats, cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla (you can use 2 whole eggs instead of 4 egg whites per recipe, and add lots of cinnamon). A pinner states "These are a twice-a-week staple in our house, and a favorite snack for Johnny (1). I quadruple the recipe and keep extras in the fridge for baby snacks. I eat mine with peanut butter. No sugar :) "
