      Garlic Baked Shrimp: 1 lb shrimp, peeled 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp white wine 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) melted butter 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs 2 tbsp fresh Italian-leaf parsley, chopped half a lemon (optional) Preheat oven to 425. Combine shrimp, garlic, and white wine, then season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly in a baking dish. Use a fork to mix melted butter, Panko, and parsley. With your fingers, sprinkle the mixture evenly dish over the shrimp. Bake about 15 minutes.
