Refried Beans Mix  3 cups dried navy/pinto beans  3 tsp. cumin  3 tsp. chili powder  1 tsp. salt and pepper (each)  3 tbsp. minced onion (dried)  In coffee grinder, food mill, or blender, grind beans until flour consistency.  Combine all ingredients and store in a jar or ziplock bag.

Seriously. I will never boil eggs any other way again. Out of 20 eggs only 1 peeled funky and it was still better than my other attempts at boiling and peeling eggs. I even had eggs that peeled with the entire shell as one piece.
