Hallway mudroom by Larry Hooke Interior Design
Hallway sitting room? Butler's Pantry? Mud room? Enclosed porch? Unique room.
FOYER – great example of an impressive way to welcome guests. Large-scale furnishings cozy up this narrow entry hall. The settee and the zinc-topped console, against an unfussy backdrop of wood planks and textural weaves, make the small space instantly inviting.
<3 A lot of style is packed into this narrow space. The loveseat, chest, rug, light fixture, accessories, window, and baskets on the shelves give it the feel of a room. -Shirley #Foyer #Mudroom #Organization
design elements: beadboard ceiling, verical paneled walls with horizontal divider panel, thick molding, recessed lights above flower table, storage baskets keeping the shelves neat and the texture matches the rug, banquet instead of traditional mudroom benches, dutch door to outside, cane/umbrella caddy...
Loving the neutral palette and geometric patterns on this runner.
stripped white w fireplace/wood floors. olive/brown/white. (Just not sure about the disco ball)
Looks a lot like our couch color... Nice clean neutral color idea
We have black and white tile (installed before we bought the house, and not very well, I might add) in our primary bath. These stripes may need to happen in there. And the beadboard. And also probably the hooks.
Liven things up by covering the sofa with a throw, adding some large graphic pillows & covering the back of a neutral chair with a bold print
layered mirrors, who would have thought that could work so well?
Love everything about this bedroom. It's like stepping back in time to when things were more elegant & sophisticated.
I like the closed storage above the baskets #lockers
Amazing windows---nice view!
What a wonderful warm "glow" of candles! They sure can set the mood and give this monochromatic setting a cozy feeling.
Organizer by the door.
i would reupholster that chair, but love everything else.
