Thick Choc Chip cookies (thicker than this pic) - seriously good - bread flour, 24 hrs in fridge, 60% cacao, etc. My tips: I actually baked them at 325 for 10-12 min. When I did 350 they got a little burnt. I do refrigerate the dough at least 6 hrs or overnight and I don't make them as big as it says, just normal cookie size. I use a bag and half of the ghirardelli 60 cacao bittersweet chocolate chips.
