These stickers are reminders of my "Five Deep Breaths" practice that I teach as part of my Yes, This course. I really believe that pausing a few times a day to take five deep breaths with intention, especially when you are stressed, sad, or overwhelmed, can change your life. Put this sticker wherever you need this reminder to just be right here - on a notebook, on a mirror, on your coffee mug or even on your steering wheel.

These little talismans are reminders for you to carry with you on your journey.

Ganesh (or Ganesha) is the Hindu elephant god. He became an important teacher for me ten years ago when I was in the midst of my two-year yoga teacher training. I think of him as a new way of looking at "the elephant in the middle of the living room" as he helps us overcome obstacles and is said to be the god of wisdom and education. I sometimes imagine him appearing beside me with a big solid thud and shaking everything loose while grounding me and saying, "Okay, let's do this."
