Christmas Glow Punch - Ingredients •4-1/2 cups tropical punch •1 cup cranberry juice •1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice •1/3 cup lemon juice •2 to 3 cups chilled ginger ale •1 pint raspberry sherbet Directions •In a 2-qt. container, combine the punch and juices. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, transfer to a small punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale; top with scoops of sherbet. Yield: About 2 quarts. Pineapple Lemonade Punch: 2 cups Country Time Lemonade Mix, 1 (64oz) bottle Pineapple Juice (can be made from frozen pineapple juice concentrate), 3/4 of a 2 Liter bottle of Sprite (chilled), 2 cups Cold Water, Lemon Slices, Ice Mint Leaves (optional).
Tropical Pineapple Smoothie - 2 c. fresh pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. light coconut milk, 1/4 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 2 c. ice, Pineapple wedges, optional. Place all ingredients, except pineapple wedges into blender. Blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
