You put about 1/4 cup of baking soda in a small glass bowl and squirt in hydrogen peroxide until it makes a nice paste. Then you rub it on the offending dirt/stain/grease...whatever! You can usually just use your fingers...but you can also use a small sponge as well.
(Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a small cup, mix in one teaspoon baking soda plus one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and half a teaspoon water. Thoroughly mix then brush your teeth for two minutes. Remember to do it once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month or two.
I did this this morning and it totally worked! It got ten years of grease of the exhaust filter!!! Half a cup of baking soda added a little at a time to the biggest pot of boiling water you can find. put filter and let it soak in the boiling water. RInse of--no scrubbing needed.

Clean Showerheads... -1/3 cup baking soda -1 cup white vinegar -1 plastic bag -1 large bag twisty tie 1) Mix soda and vinegar in bag over sink. Caution: pour vinegar slowly as there is an "explosive" foaming action that kicks in. 2) Place bag over shower head and secure with twisty tie. Let soak overnight or at least 2-3 hours. Wipe shower head off prior to use.
