Percents and Proportions Foldable (Outside) I'm teaching this the same way my Algebra 1 teacher taught me: "Is over of equals percent over one hundred."

We made this flipbook for the Cartesian plane. Fold construction paper in half on the shortest line of symmetry. Then open it back up and fold the outside edges in to the fold in the center. Cut each flap so you have 2 sections on each side. Label the quadrants and the signs of the ordered pairs. See my other picture for the inside of the flipbook- we put graph paper inside.
