Bacon/club cracker appetizers - These are so simple but ABSOLUTELY delicious! When these are served they can't get out on the tables fast enough!!!

Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)

Baked Potatoes with Bacon Slices - All you do is peel whole potatoes, cut them all across, not too thin, and not all the way through, sprinkle with some salt, but not too much, the bacon is salty. Then fill with small bacon slices in between. Bake in a pan with some oil until potatoes are fully cooked, and serve!

I really love this idea. Children can create all kinds of monsters and then eat them for lunch.
