Banana Pepper Poppers. 6-8 Banana Peppers. 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened. 1/4 c Parmesan cheese. 1/2 c shredded Monterey Jack. Dash salt, garlic powder. 1/2 c dry bread crumbs. Opt: 1/4 c diced ham or bacon. Combine cream cheese w/ Parmesan and shredded cheese, diced ham, garlic powder and salt to cream cheese and mix well. Spoon 1 Tbsp filling into each pepper half. Top w/bread crumbs. Bake on sheet at 350 for 20 min.
