Perfect Iced Coffee Recipe from the pioneer woman. Made this using a smaller recipe (just brewed one cup and let it chill in the fridge for a bit then poured over ice and added half & half). Her tip for using sweetened condensed milk to sweeten is amazing. Just be sure to put the remaining milk in the fridge so you can use it again!

Pioneer Woman's Iced Coffee: 1 pound Ground Coffee (good, Rich Roast) 8 quarts Cold Water...brewed overnight & strained in cheesecloth= coffee concentrate Half-and-half (healthy Splash Per Serving) Sweetened Condensed Milk (2-3 Tablespoons Per Serving) Note: Can Use Skim Milk, 2% Milk, Whole Milk, Sugar, Artificial Sweeteners, Syrups...adapt To Your Liking!

LOVE this recipe! It's called the "Perfect Iced Coffee" and I'm enjoying a glass right now (made a batch last night, finished this morning)- it's really smooth and takes Zero time! Try it! (Oh, and visit Ree's website= The Pioneer Woman= it's wonderful :)

Pioneer Woman's Perfect Iced Coffee- I love iced coffee, and last year started cold-brewing at home. How did I go so long without knowing this? And according to her, you can make up a large batch of concentrate to last a few weeks, instead of cold-brewing a pot every night. This, I've gotta try!

Make a ton of cold coffee concentrate and keep it in the fridge. It can last a month.
