Mint Chocolate Chip #Gelato
Gelato stracciatella (for 6-8) - 350ml whole milk, - 150ml whipping cream, - 120 g sugar, - ½ TB corn syrup- 1 vanilla pod, - Dark chocolate 100g Cut pod lengthwise, scrape. Put pulp & empty pod in cream + sugar& glucose, boil. Steep,10 min, remove pods. Add milk. Refrigerate, several hours (better over night). Pour in ice cream maker& melt chocolate. When ice is taken lightly, pour chocolate into nets several times while turning the ice cream maker.
