Protein shake that tastes like Wendys Frosty! Hmmm... 34 cup (6 ounces) almond milk (or milk of your choice, I use unsweetened vanilla almond breeze by blue diamond) about 15 ice cubes, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 12 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener of choice (14 of a frozen banana or stevia).
pumpkin spice protein smoothie ½ cup canned pumpkin 1 cup almond milk ½ a banana 1 tbsp of raisins 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder ½ tsp vanilla extract sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger Blend it all together in your favourite appliance (are you a Vitamix® or Magic Bullet® devotee?) and top with flax seed for an extra health kick!
Drink this daily and watch the pounds come off without fuss. The recipe is two handfuls of baby spinach, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 5 strawberries, 1/2 orange. Blend well and enjoy! This will give you tons of energy!
