    making it rain...we already pull out our cloud book to discuss the clouds. We did it, it was super easy. I extended the fun by putting the ice cubes outside in the sun. We took a picture of them and then came out two hours later to see what happens. Helps bring home the point that water changes states based on the sun.

Science: easy experiment for "making rain" I have tried this twice on rainy days with Charlotte now and although she doesn't have the patience to sit and watch it develop, we can check on it every couple minutes and see how it changes. We take photographs of it so that I can show her how it progresses afterwards.
