Southwest chicken!!!! We make This often... SO easy and SOOO yummy!! Chicken tenderloins-cut into small squares, 2 cups instant rice, 1 taco seasoning, 1 can rotel, grated cheese. Cook chicken in skillet. Add 1 1/2 cups water, taco seasoning and rotel. Heat to boiling. Add 2 cups instant rice. Stir, remove from heat and cover. Once water is absorbed, stir and top with cheese. Let cheese melt and voila!! Dinners served! Eat with tostitos, tortillas or by itself!
Hot Chicken Salad Recipe 2 T fresh lemon juice 1/2 t pepper 1/2 t salt 1/2 cup slivered almonds 1 cup diced celery 2 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 2/3 cup crushed potato chips Combine all except chips. Place the mixture in a greased 9x13 dish. Spread the crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
