TRIED IT. LOVED IT! Baby Breakfast Quiches: these taste more like mini egg casseroles but are perfect for toddlers as well as breakfast on the go. Chop up and layer cooked bacon, a medley of fresh veggies (I finely chopped spinach, kale & tomato), and shredded cheese. Whip up 6-8 eggs with milk and add 1tsp of flour. Pour mixture on top. Bake for 18 mins at 350 and you have a healthy on-the-go breakfast for the week!
