Classic Chicken Pot Pie - I've made this recipe for years. I add potato chunks and use Pillsbury pie crust. I put it in a casserole dish because a pie plate is never deep enough. My family is so big I double the recipe.

Made this tomato pie from Southern Living with fresh tomatos from my mom's garden. Didn't look as pretty as the one in Southern Living, but tasted yummy! And it was my first attempt at making a pie AND the pie crust from scratch.
