Kyle and I absolutely love Mexican food, it rates right up there with Italian food. Because of this love I am always on the look out for new Mexican recipes. I stumbled onto this one a few days a.

Chicken Parmesan Casserole - made this for dinner tonight...amazing!  We made our own homemade croutons with olive oil and crushed garlic.  We also used our fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese.   Will be making this again

Cook ground beef with taco seasoning. Add 4 oz cream cheese. Blend well. Set aside and allow to fully cool. Cook the pasta shells. Pour salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Stuff each shell with the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle crushed chips and shredded cheese on top. Cook for about 15 more minutes.
