Paleo Guide. Really thinking about doing a 30 day challenge!

Primal Crackers. I finally found something that will still satisfy my carb craving. I made these savory crackers with almond flour (not blanched) and a flax egg in place of the egg; the combination lent them a wonderful nutty flavor that made me feel like I was having a treat. It only took me 20 minutes to mix, roll and then bake these in my toaster oven. I think I'll be making these quite often!

Paleo-ish Oreo Cookies. The cookies are a paleo mixture of mostly coconut flour, some almond flour, and sunbutter, plus other ingredients. The filling is a mixture of cream cheese, honey, vanilla, heavy cream, and butter. So, these are MOSTLY Paleo and I can't wait to try them!
