Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe Preheat oven to 375° - cut the sprout in half lengthwise. Place in a bowl and add enough olive oil to lightly coat them – Now sprinkle with the sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper – Now add a balsamic vinegar – about the same amount as the olive oil. Toss this all together well and place on a non-greased baking sheet cut side down. Place in oven and roast 15 minutes. Turn and cook for another 15 minutes
