Citrus tartlets//I did these for our Derby party today, with a couple changes.  I had premade shortbread tartlets, and I used vanilla extract instead of almond.  I only did the lemon curd ones, and I garnished with mint and a single blueberry.  So EASY, and sooooo yummy, especially chilled!
