Yum...You could also bring this to a brunch. REVIEW: If I ever make this again I would definitely have to bring it to a big group brunch because it was just too much of the same thing for us. We were sick of it by the end and didn't finish it, but it was tasty the first time for sure.
6 ounces 170 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1/4 cup 57 g butter, softened and cut into pieces 3/4 95 g flour (plus a little more for dusting) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (use less if you want less spice) 1 tablespoon milk
Homemade Cheddar Cheese Crackers - you won't believe the amount of delicious cheese in these!
Uses Hawaiian rolls to make ham and Swiss sliders. Made these last night (4-6-12) and loved the combination of slightly sweet rolls and savory topping! The only thing I'd change is to cook it a little more than the recipe says after you take the foil off. Just be sure the tops are lightly crispy or it's a bit soggy on top (but even then, was delish!).
