Olive Garden Copy Cat Recipes: Zuppa Toscana Soup I do modify this quite a bit & use 4 potatoes instead of 2 (I cut them into rounds without peeling them), 1lb of Italian sausage instead of 1.5 cups, 4 slices of bacon instead of 1, 1 cup of cream instead of 3/4 and a bit more kale than called for.
