I am finding that weighing myself is frustrating- my weight loss is slow, but my clothes are getting looser and looser. I think I`m going to go by body fat percentage from now on. This is a good visual for determining a goal
examples of what body fat percentages possibly look like, for some reason this one is a big motivator for me, my personal goal is between 25% & 35% and right now I'm on that bottom row, not good - not healthy :( but alas! I can do something about it! :)
