Sea Turtle....Like other reptiles, turtles are ectotherms—their internal temperature varies according to the ambient environment, commonly called cold-blooded. However, leatherback sea turtles have noticeably higher body temperature than surrounding water because of their high metabolic rate.

Every sea turtle has markings as distinct as fingerprints on their shells. In an attempt to save the turtles from slaughter, rescue groups are etching their shells with tools that 'ruin' them for collectors. YEA FOR THE TURTLES!
