12/05/2012 This one had me sweatin'!!! Once I figured out what a few of the exercises were it was relatively quick. But I won't say painless... Gonna be sore the next couple of days :) Felt a lot in my core as well. Adding in some plank ab twists to finish it off :)

Bend your knees and lower 5 to 10 inches, keeping your shoulders level and your hips square. Hold this position for 3 seconds and then stand back up. Start with 5 reps and work up to 12. Rest for 30 seconds and do another set.
