This Inn is located in Gettysburg PA. Built in 1776, it is the oldest original structure in the city. The original owner is rumored to roam the hallways smoking his cigars. The Inn was temporarily transformed into a hospital to care for the wounded soldiers of the Battle of Gettysburg. The spirits of these soldiers are still heard at night moaning in pain. The Inn also served as a shelter stop for runaway slaves on their quest for freedom to the North.
