    Add less oregano. This recipe makes it almost like a spaghetti sauce taste

    I added 2 tablespoons of dark brown organic sugar too. This makes it like Mom's.

    I made this and yes. Amazing. The sou sauce adds this extra flavor that is just amazing. My father has made this himself for years. I made it this way amd he said i don't know what you put in that but it was best goulash I've ever had. He loved the flavor!
