Herbed Turkey Burgers on Zucchini Buns 8–10 oz ground turkey meat 2 tbsp fresh oregano chopped 2 garlic cloves minced 4 thick slices of zucchini w/Salt & pepper to taste Toppings: tomato, avocado, cheese, spices. Combine the turkey meat oregano garlic cloves & mix with your hands until fully combined. Heat grill pan to medium high heat. Spray the zucchini on both sides & sprinkle w/salt & pepper & cook 2–3 min per side until you have grill marks & zucchini still holds its shape.
