My favorite thing to do when I've had a long stressful day is put on a warm outfit and go for a late night walk. I need those nights to myself to think and blow off some steam if i was having a bad day. I think most people need to find something productive or positive to do to get that negativity out of their day so your next one will be better. If people did this maybe there would be so much anger and hostility towards one another.
