i really want to start working out and making myself feel better. i have zero intention of losing any weight, i’m perfectly fine with my weight, if anything i just need to tone a lil bit but that’s all. i just feel so tired and worn out all the time that i think i need a boost of energy. i use to run every single night for a while and i felt so much better, my body felt alive and amazing. it’s time to get on that.
