Raised planters. My husband would love this. No cutting the grass. We have lots of bricks too.

I am looking forward to building my own garden this spring. I'll need a raised bed because the soil in my backyard is full of rocks and is too hard. I love the look of these beds, and that they're high enough you're not on your knees all day.

DIY Trough Vegetable Garden Tutorial - made from galvanized water tank / trough. Drill holes in bottom. Layer the following, mesh liner (keeps soil from draining out), rocks or plastic bottles (create drainage space), top with soil. I will be planting cucumbers and tomatoes this year! :)
