Century stove, repurposed into a kitchen island! I have an old wood-burning stove from my grandpa and grandma's wash house. I never thought of making it into a table or island. That would really be a perfect use for it.
How to re-coat furniture-- especially family heirlooms you don't want to paint! Use a TSP substitute like Krud Kutter to clean, then use a Minwax Stain Marker to touch up scratches, then apply Minwax Wipe-On Poly to bring out the color and give it shine
