Patriotic Strawberries: This link dips them in white chocolate, but I'm not a big fan of "white" chocolate, so...I'm going to use a topping I use for my cheesecake. Try it, you won't be sorry. Put 8 oz. Sour Cream, 3 1/2 Tbsps. Sugar and 1 tsp. Vanilla in a bowl. Mix together until sugar is dissolved. Dip strawberry in mixture, then dip in blue sanding sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
