Shape Up: My 30-Minute Workout - I must admit i have only done this once, but plan to do it again and on a regular basis...i know it works after the first time I could not walk properly for a couple of days! got to keep it up!
This is more profound that it initially seems. How many of us work ourselves into a bad mood thinking about how much fitter we ought to be rather than expending the energy doing some bodyweight exercises or just moving around? (Guilty as charged.)
