      Dakbokkeumtang (Spicy braised chicken) recipe - I followed the instructions in this recipe with just a slightly different seasoning paste: 1tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 5 or 6 cloves of garlic minced, roughly 1/4 cup gochujang (that's hard to measure!), tbsp of sugar, 3 or 4 tbsp of gochugaru, and a small piece of ginger minced (I think it was 1/4th cup). Also, I used two serranos.
