Headband Holder...Cute idea. There are no instructions but I would go to a thrift store like Goodwill, find an old candle base and spray paint it, then use an empty container of oatmeal and cute wallpaper to go around the oatmeal container. Although not sure the oatmeal container would be up to the task, might need something stronger.

Headband holder. *** I made one by covering an old oatmeal container with pretty wrapping paper. I punched a hole in the lid and threaded a ribbon through. Then, I used a thumbtack to hold the ribbon on the opposite end (there's a small piece of cork inside for the tack to push into.) This way, it doubles as a headband holder and a container. ***
