This is delicious! I used 2 boxes of Quinoa linguine. It is better for you and holds its texture better. 1 tablespoon of the red pepper flakes is plenty of spice. I used her suggestion of all sesame oil and no vegetable oil. I added broccoli florets and snow peas. I also added grilled chicken and liked the flavor and extra protein it added. I mixed everything together rather than putting the cilantro, peanuts, etc on top. This is a quick and easy recipe and I have received nothing but rave revie
