Note to self: in recipe cut out oil and use 3/4 tbs red pepper, add 1 tbs peanut butter, use rice noodles and rice wine

Spicy Thai Noodles. I LOVE spicy and Asian food, so I'm sure this will be delicious. Will need to make some changes to make it gluten free, but looks pretty easy to do.

Spicy Noodles - got mixed reviews on this. Kids hated it and they normally love lo mein noodly type stuff. Not sure if it was the sesame oil taste or what. I added chicken and left off the peanut garnish items. Hmmm

Spicy Thai Noodles | A Small Snippet>> so good! Only use 1/2 to 3/4 Tbsp red pepper flakes. I made 2/3 recipe and used all sesame oil instead of vegetable oil.

This is delicious! I used 2 boxes of Quinoa linguine. It is better for you and holds its texture better. 1 tablespoon of the red pepper flakes is plenty of spice. I used her suggestion of all sesame oil and no vegetable oil. I added broccoli florets and snow peas. I also added grilled chicken and liked the flavor and extra protein it added. I mixed everything together rather than putting the cilantro, peanuts, etc on top. This is a quick and easy recipe and I have received nothing but rave revie
